The referral drawer shows every attribution value Affonso already stored for that customer. Empty values stay hidden. This is the referred customer, not how the affiliate signed up.
Before you begin
Make sure you have:
- at least one referral on a partner
- access to the program-owner dashboard
Steps
Open the referral
Open Partners, open the affiliate, then Referrals, and click a customer row.
Read Attribution
Customer Details still shows Location, Device, OS, and Browser. Attribution sits under that and lists stored values such as IP, Referrer, UTMs (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), click IDs (gclid, fbclid, and the other captured IDs), sub1–sub5, and ad parameters. Hover the question mark for the short tooltip. Click a value to copy it.
Affonso does not invent missing fields. Only values stored on that referral appear.
Common issues
Attribution says No attribution data available.
Cause: Nothing was stored on that referral (manual or submitted credit, or the click never carried those parameters).
