Suggested landing pages give affiliates a short list of conversion-focused destinations to use in their promotions. Each page becomes a tracked referral link that affiliates can copy from their Success Hub.
They are recommendations, not a restriction. Affiliates can still add their referral parameter to any page on your website when they need to deep-link to a specific feature, article, or checkout page.
When to Use Suggested Landing Pages
Add a landing page when you want to make the best destination for a campaign easy to find. For example:
- A homepage that works well as the default referral link
- A campaign page for a launch or seasonal offer
- A product page for a specific plan or product
- A page created for a particular affiliate group
Use External Resources in the Creative Library for untracked courses, recorded webinars, documents, and tools instead.
Add a Suggested Landing Page
-
Go to Success Hub in your Affonso dashboard.
-
In Program playbook, open Landing pages.
-
Select Add landing page.
-
Give the page a clear name and add its full URL.
-
Choose who should see it:
- All affiliates for a program-wide recommendation
- Selected groups for a group-specific campaign
- Specific products to identify the product the page promotes
-
Save the page.
You can set an active all-affiliates page as the program default. For a group page, you can set it as the default for each assigned group.
What Affiliates See
When more than one suggested landing page is available, affiliates see a dedicated Landing pages section in their Success Hub. They can copy a tracked link or open the selected destination.
The generated link keeps the affiliate's selected referral parameter and any sub-parameters. This makes it easy to use the recommended destination without rebuilding the URL by hand.
Deep Linking Still Works
Suggested landing pages are a faster starting point, not the only pages an affiliate may share. An affiliate can still link to any page on your website by adding their referral parameter to that URL.
For example, if an affiliate's tracking ID is jordan-ellis, they can link to a specific page like this:
https://example.com/pricing?atp=jordan-ellisUse suggested landing pages for the destinations you want to recommend most often, and use deep links when a campaign needs a more specific page.
