What should I do if an affiliate's invitation expired or did not arrive?

Share your portal URL so the affiliate can log in and finish onboarding.

You do not need to send another invitation. Whether the original invitation expired or the affiliate did not receive it, share your affiliate portal URL with them instead.

When they open the portal, they can enter the email address that was invited, log in, and complete the onboarding process.

Finding your portal URL

In your Affonso dashboard, click Share & Invite in the top bar and copy the portal URL shown in the dialog. You can also open the Share Your Portal dialog directly. Send the copied URL to the affiliate by email or any other channel.
