See your plan's affiliate-revenue cap

The plan cap is a monthly tracking limit on affiliate-attributed revenue, not a sales limit. Affonso never holds your revenue.

See your plan's affiliate-revenue cap

Each Affonso plan includes a monthly cap on affiliate-attributed revenue you can track at that plan's price. Launch is $1,000. Growth is $10,000. This is a tracking limit, not a sales limit. Affonso never holds, processes, or takes a cut of your revenue. Money stays between you and your payment provider.

This is not the per-customer Commission Cap on an incentive. That ceiling lives on the incentive — see Cap commission per referred customer.

Affiliate-attributed revenue is sale volume on referrals tracked by Affonso. Direct sales with no affiliate cookie or coupon do not count.

Open Billing

Open Billing. Your plan is there. Usage is Monthly Revenue Usage (sidebar label Revenue): used vs cap for the current month.

When you go over the cap

Your checkout with Stripe, Polar, or another provider keeps working. Affonso does not hold the sale.

You can:

  1. Upgrade to a higher plan with a larger cap
  2. Pay overage at $19 per additional $1,000 of affiliate-attributed revenue, billed at the end of the cycle

On Billing, over-cap usage shows Revenue Cap Exceeded! with an Upgrade Plan link. If you do not upgrade, Affonso warns that new affiliate signups, commissions on new referrals, and tracking can pause.

Common issues

Thought the cap was commission paid to affiliates

Cause: The plan number is tracked sale volume attributed to affiliates, not commission expense.

Solution: A $1,000 Launch cap means $1,000 of referred customer payments this month, not $1,000 paid out to affiliates.

Thought Affonso would stop checkout

Cause: The cap is a tracking/usage limit on Affonso, not a block in your payment provider.

Solution: Customers can still pay you. Raise the cap on Billing or pay overage if you want tracking to stay within plan.

Looking for this setting on an incentive

Cause: Per-customer Commission Cap is a different control under Commission Conditions.

Solution: Cap commission per referred customer for a per-customer ceiling. The plan cap is only on Billing.
