A referral or sale may appear without the commission you expected. Check the terms in Success Hub and the sale details for:
- percentage versus fixed commission,
- eligible products or prices,
- one-time versus recurring rewards,
- monthly versus yearly plan rules,
- discounts, credits, taxes, or excluded amounts,
- a hold period or manual approval,
- a refund, dispute, or declined payment,
- group-specific or individual commission terms.
Commission is calculated from the eligible payment amount reported by the program's payment provider, not necessarily the public list price.
Contact the program owner with the sale date, customer reference, product, and expected rule. The owner defines eligibility and can inspect the underlying transaction.
