Once you've found potential affiliates, you'll need their contact information to reach out. The email lookup feature helps you find email addresses for the websites in your search results or shortlist.
How to use it
Click the Find Email button next to a website opportunity. The system will look up contact information for that website and show you the results.
Social-media opportunities, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and similar sources, don't show Find Email. Email lookup only applies to website opportunities.
What you get
We use a waterfall enrichment process that checks multiple data sources to find the best contact email for a website. In some cases, multiple emails may be found — the most relevant one is shown first.
If nothing turns up, the row shows No email found instead of the original Find Email button, so it's clear the lookup already ran. No email found is display-only and can't be clicked to retry. While a lookup is in progress you'll see Finding..., and the row updates when the job finishes.
Credits
Each email lookup costs 1 email credit when we find at least one address. If a lookup completes with no emails, or fails, that credit is refunded automatically — you pay for a result, not for an attempt.
Your monthly allocation depends on your plan:
| Plan | Email Credits / Month |
|---|---|
| Launch | — |
| Growth | 50 |
| Elite | 250 |
Yearly plans receive all 12 months of credits upfront — so on Elite yearly you'd get 3,000 email credits right away.
If you look up the same website again within 30 days, it won't cost an additional credit — you'll see the cached result for free, including when the previous lookup found no email.
For more details on credits, see Discovery Credits.
Tips
- Use email lookup selectively — Don't burn credits on every result. First shortlist the most promising candidates, then find their emails
- Look at the website first — Some websites have their contact info right on their page, no credit needed
