Affonso powers the affiliate portal, but the brand you promote runs its affiliate program. Contacting the right team leads to a faster answer.
Contact the program owner about
- application approval or rejection,
- commission rates and eligible products,
- allowed or prohibited marketing methods,
- a missing or disputed referral,
- a declined, refunded, or disputed commission,
- the payout threshold, hold period, or payout schedule,
- a rejected invoice or tax form,
- changing account information that is not editable in the portal,
- closing your partnership with that brand.
The program owner's support email may appear in the portal sidebar, your invitation or acceptance email, or the brand's website.
Contact Affonso Support about
- an Affonso portal that fails to load after you confirmed the correct URL,
- a sign-in or verification flow that is technically broken,
- a portal button or page that fails consistently,
- a Managed Payout that the portal shows as processed by Affonso but that did not arrive after the stated processing window.
Affonso Support cannot approve your application, change a brand's commission decision, or promise a payout date controlled by the brand.
Information to include
Never send passwords, verification codes, full bank details, tax identifiers, or private documents by ordinary support email.
For most investigations, include:
- the program or brand name,
- the affiliate email address on the program,
- the portal URL,
- the approximate date of the event,
- the affected referral, sale, commission, or payout ID when visible,
- a screenshot with sensitive information hidden.
For a missing referral, also provide the customer's email, approximate signup or purchase date, and the promotion link or coupon used directly to the program owner.
