The status beside a sale explains whether its commission can be paid.

StatusMeaning
PendingThe hold period or another automated check is not complete
Manual reviewThe program owner must approve or decline the commission
ApprovedThe commission is eligible for a future payout
ProcessingIt was added to a payout that is being processed
PaidThe payout containing it was completed
DeclinedThe owner marked it as ineligible
RefundedThe underlying customer payment was refunded
DisputedThe underlying payment is part of a dispute or chargeback

Approval does not always mean immediate payment. The program's threshold, payout schedule, required payment details, invoices, and tax forms may still apply.

Contact the program owner for the reason behind a manual decision or a status that appears incorrect.
