The status beside a sale explains whether its commission can be paid.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | The hold period or another automated check is not complete |
| Manual review | The program owner must approve or decline the commission |
| Approved | The commission is eligible for a future payout |
| Processing | It was added to a payout that is being processed |
| Paid | The payout containing it was completed |
| Declined | The owner marked it as ineligible |
| Refunded | The underlying customer payment was refunded |
| Disputed | The underlying payment is part of a dispute or chargeback |
Approval does not always mean immediate payment. The program's threshold, payout schedule, required payment details, invoices, and tax forms may still apply.
