Team roles and permissions
Open Settings → Team → Roles to give each colleague only the access they need. A permission controls both what someone can access in the dashboard and which actions the API allows.
Standard roles
- Superadmin — the person who created the program. This role always has every permission, is the default billing owner, and cannot be renamed, changed, assigned, or removed.
- Admin — starts with almost every permission except billing and deleting or resetting the program.
- Affiliate Manager — starts with partner management, customer referrals, commissions, payout visibility, Affiliate Finder, and Success Hub. It does not include payout approval, tax forms, billing, or integrations.
- Developer — starts with tracking settings, integrations, and API keys.
- Finance — starts with commissions, payouts, tax forms, and payment terms.
- Viewer — starts with view-only access to partners, customers, and commissions.
Except for Superadmin, you can rename every standard role and change any of its checkboxes. You can also create custom roles.

- General program settings — change the program name and public details.
- Tracking settings — configure attribution, tracking links, and tracking-related settings.
- Coupon settings — configure program-wide coupon behavior and coupon tracking.
- Payment terms — update the payment terms shown to partners, including payout conditions.

Team
- Invite people — invite colleagues, assign them a role, and revoke pending invitations.
- Edit organization — change the organization name and logo. Superadmin and Admin have this by default. A role that can only change member roles cannot rebrand the program.
- Change roles — change the role assigned to an existing team member.
- Build roles — create custom roles and change permissions on existing roles. Someone can only grant permissions they have themselves.
- Delete and reset program — schedule permanent program deletion or reset program data. Give this only to people you fully trust.
