Program owners control which customer identity fields affiliates can see. A program can show a customer's name, email, both, or neither.
When details are hidden, Affonso displays a stable anonymous customer label. The same label helps you connect that customer's referral and sales activity without exposing their identity.
This is not a loading error. Affonso Support cannot reveal hidden customer data or change a program's privacy choice. Ask the program owner if you need more context for a legitimate business reason.
Customer details you entered yourself through manual referral submission may still appear in that submitted-referral record.
