Invite team members
Affonso accounts support multiple team members. Each person gets a role with a fixed list of permissions. Without a permission, that person does not see the matching page and the API rejects the action.
Default roles (you can rename them and change the checkboxes, except Superadmin):
- Superadmin — the program creator. Always has every permission. Cannot be demoted or assigned to someone else.
- Admin — almost everything except deleting the program and billing.
- Affiliate Manager — partners, coupons, customers, and Affiliate Finder. No payouts, billing, or API keys.
- Developer — tracking, integrations, and API keys.
- Finance — commissions, payouts, and payment terms.
- Viewer — dashboard plus view-only partners, customers, and commissions.
You can also create your own roles under Settings → Team → Roles. A checkbox next to each category (Partners, Customers, …) turns every permission in that group on or off.
Invite a teammate
- Open Settings → Team → General.
- Enter the colleague's email, pick a role, and click Send Invitation.
- They receive an email link to join your team.
If a colleague hasn't joined yet, you can revoke the invitation from the same page. You need the Invite people permission to send or revoke invites, and Build roles to create or edit roles.
