This guide is for affiliates who joined a program powered by Affonso. Each brand runs its own program and decides its commission, promotion, approval, and payout rules.
1. Sign in or create your account
Open the affiliate portal link provided by the brand. Enter the email address you used for your application or invitation.
- Existing affiliates receive a sign-in link by email.
- New affiliates receive a verification code to create their account.
- Invite-only programs require an account or invitation for the same email address.
If the email does not arrive, check spam and promotions folders before requesting a new one.
2. Complete onboarding
Answer any application questions and complete the promotion setup offered by the program:
- If affiliate links are enabled, choose the tracking ID used in your referral links.
- If links are disabled and self-service coupons are enabled, review or create your coupon instead.
- If neither setup is required, onboarding finishes after your profile information.
Some programs approve applications automatically. Others show your partnership as Pending until the program owner reviews it. The promotion tools enabled for the program become usable after approval.
3. Review the Success Hub
Open Success Hub before promoting. It can show:
- what you are promoting,
- your commission or other rewards,
- available promotion pages,
- the payout frequency, threshold, and methods,
- the referral cookie lifetime,
- allowed marketing methods,
- creative assets and product updates.
Program-specific terms shown there take priority over general examples in the Affonso Help Center.
4. Copy your promotion link or coupon code
Open Overview to copy your referral link. Depending on the program, you may also be able to:
- choose a promotion page,
- download a QR code,
- select an approved tracking parameter,
- add
sub1throughsub5campaign values, - create or copy a coupon code.
Always test the destination before publishing the link.
5. Complete payout setup early
Open Settings → Payout Settings and add both:
- a payment method, and
- your payout information, including your legal name and billing address.
The program may also require an invoice or tax form. Missing details can delay a payout even after your commissions are approved.
6. Track your results
Use these portal areas:
| Area | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Overview | Clicks, conversions, revenue, commissions, traffic sources, countries, and devices |
| Referrals → Customers | People attributed to you and their referral status |
| Referrals → Sales | Purchases, commission amounts, hold periods, and commission status |
| Payments | Pending and completed payouts, included transactions, invoices, and payment status |
7. Know who can help
Contact the program owner about application decisions, commission rules, missing referrals, rejected commissions, allowed promotion methods, and most payout timing questions.
Contact Affonso Support when the Affonso portal itself is unavailable or a portal function is technically broken across the program.
The brand's support email may appear in the portal sidebar, your acceptance email, or the brand's website.
