Connect Your Payment Provider
Connect your payment provider to automatically track purchases and calculate commissions.
How to Connect
- Go to Program → Connect in your dashboard
- Select your payment provider (e.g Stripe, Paddle, Polar, Creem, Dodo Payments etc.)
- Follow the setup instructions
Once connected, Affonso will be notified by your payment provider about all payments, refunds, and subscription cancellations. We can then check if they came from affiliates and calculate commissions accordingly.
Disconnecting a Provider
When you delete an affiliate program, Affonso attempts to disconnect Stripe and remove Affonso webhook endpoints from Polar and Dodo Payments automatically.
Creem and Paddle do not provide Affonso with a remote webhook identifier that can be removed during team deletion. Remove the Affonso webhook from the Creem or Paddle dashboard after disconnecting the provider or deleting the team.
