Delete a partner
This permanently removes the partner. Referrals, commissions, and payout history tied to that partner are deleted. The action cannot be undone.
To keep the partner and that history, Reject the partner instead.
Use Delete only when you mean permanent removal.
Before you begin
Make sure you have:
- access to Partners
- the Delete partners permission, or ask someone who does. See Team roles and permissions
- an active Affonso subscription or trial. Without one, Delete Partner stays disabled
Steps
Open Partners
Open Partners. The sidebar label is Partners. The default list is Active.
Open the partner
Click the partner, or open the row menu and choose View Details.

Open the Details tab
Select Details. Scroll to Danger Zone.
Delete the partner
The card title is Delete Partner. It warns that the partner and associated data are permanently deleted.
Click Delete Partner. Confirm the name and email. Type DELETE, then click Delete.
Cancel closes the dialog without deleting.
After a successful delete, the toast is Partner Deleted. The partner is gone from the list.
Common issues
Delete Partner is disabled and says Start your free trial to unlock
Cause: Delete stays locked until billing is active.
Fix: Open Billing and start the trial or a paid plan, then return to Danger Zone.
Delete failed with a claimed Program Affiliate message
Cause: A partner who claimed this program for Affonso Marketplace cannot be deleted. That partner stays in the program for audit.
Fix: The partner remains. Stop new referrals from Reject a partner if that is the goal.
I wanted to delete the whole program
Cause: This page deletes one partner. The program stays.
Fix: Use Delete an affiliate program in Settings. That starts a 14-day schedule for the entire program.
