In Affonso, commission settings are attached to incentives, and incentives live on groups. There is no program-wide commission page — everything is configured per group.
Where to go
- Open Groups & Rewards.
- Click the group you want to configure (a new account has one default group).
- Open the Incentives tab.
- Open an incentive to set:
- Rate — percentage, fixed amount, free months, or credits.
- Hold period — days a commission stays pending before approval.
- Applies to — first sale only, all sales (recurring), or specific products.
Why per-group, not per-program
Most programs eventually want different rates for different audiences (early-bird affiliates, agency partners, top performers). Putting incentives on the group makes this clean: one group per audience, each with its own rules.
