Self-billing lets Affonso issue invoices on behalf of your affiliates automatically each payout cycle, so neither you nor your affiliates have to do it manually.
Plan requirement
Self-billing is available on the Elite plan. Below Elite, your invoices section will be empty and you have three alternatives:
- request invoices from each affiliate before processing payouts,
- issue credit notes yourself, or
- automate via the REST API plus a workflow tool such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
Configuration
- Open Payment Terms.
- Enable invoice generation.
- Configure the issuer details, address, and tax handling.
