Q: I want some products in my catalog to never pay affiliate commission. Can I do that without changing my group's default reward?
Yes. Add a new incentive to the group with Fixed Amount = 0 and set the trigger to the products or plan type you want to exclude (Specific Products, Monthly, Yearly, or One-time). Because more specific applyTo rules win over the group default, those sales resolve to $0 commission while everything else keeps earning the normal rate.
Only Fixed Amount supports 0 — Percentage, Credits, and Free Months rewards must always be greater than 0.
You'll still see the referral and a $0 earning record in the dashboard — that's expected and confirms the exclusion is being applied.
