Affonso sends a small set of transactional emails to affiliates on your behalf. You can toggle each one and, on Elite plans, send from your own domain.
Automated emails
- Application approved — sent when you approve an applicant.
- Payout processed — sent when a commission moves to Paid.
- Manual messages — anything you send from an affiliate's detail screen.
Enable, disable, and preview each email in Affiliate Program → Emails.
Language
Emails are sent in the affiliate's portal language, auto-detected from their browser when they first signed up. The admin dashboard itself is English only.
Customizing content
Today, the body of system emails is not editable from the dashboard — content customization is on the roadmap. Brand-level values (program name, support address) are pulled from your program settings.
Custom sender domain
Sending from partners@yourbrand.com instead of hello@affonso.io is available on the Elite plan. Setup requires SPF and DKIM records on your domain; contact support to walk through it.
