Subscription management is self-service. Open Billing and cancel from there. No email or support ticket required.
After cancellation
Your account stays open and you can keep using the dashboard — a paid plan is only required to launch your program (i.e. make it publicly accessible to affiliates and list it on the marketplace). You can stay logged in indefinitely for setup, configuration, and testing without an active subscription.
Existing data (affiliates, referrals, commissions) is preserved and reactivates automatically if you resubscribe later.
