Not for tracked referrals. Affiliates do not get access to your customer records or purchase data inside Affonso.
Affiliates normally only have access to aggregated performance data like total referrals, conversion statistics, commission earnings, click tracking, and performance metrics. They cannot browse customer names, email addresses, purchase details, payment information, or other personal data from your tracked referrals.
The exception is Submitted Referrals. If you enable that feature, affiliates can see the customer name and email address that they personally entered when submitting an untracked referral for review, along with the submission status and any rejection reason. They still cannot access your broader customer database or order history.
This privacy protection helps maintain customer trust while still giving affiliates enough visibility to track the referrals they submitted themselves.
