Group-Specific Self-Service Coupon Blueprints

• New Create one program-wide self-service coupon blueprint plus separate blueprints for specific affiliate groups
• New Affiliates now create coupons from the blueprint that applies to their current group, with an automatic fallback to the active program-wide blueprint when no group-specific one applies
• New The Affiliate Program -> Tracking page now lists all coupon blueprints in one place, including the target group, active or paused status, and a discount summary
• New Portal, onboarding, and embed flows now use the same affiliate-aware blueprint resolution across the product
• New Existing self-service coupons stay unchanged if an affiliate later moves to another group; only future coupon creation uses the newly applicable blueprint
