Discovery create wizard stays in English and fills the brief

• Improved Create wizard copy is English. Locale no longer switches it to German or another language
• Improved Website step shows only the URL first, then a spinner and skeleton while Analyze runs
• Improved Product and audience appear after Analyze. Empty results say so. Continue needs both
• Improved Keywords and competitors are one step. You need a topic or a competitor, same as create
• Improved Language is one dropdown with flags. Channel and exclusions talk about targeting and sources, not search
• Improved Auto-approve is off at create. Change it later in agent Settings
